Staffan Kjellberg joins GreenCarrier as Business Area Manager


GreenCarrier, a company within the Björk.Eklund Group specialising in logistics and forwarding by land, sea and air, has appointed Staffan Kjellberg to the new position of Business Area Manager with effect from 1 September, 2005. He will be based at Björk.Eklund Group's headquarters in Gothenburg.

Mr Kjellberg has been involved in the forwarding business in Sweden for approximately 30 years, much of this time being spent in senior management positions with the Wilson Group and Bilspedition. Since 1997, he has been a partner in V4M Business Competence Ab.

Stefan Björk, chairman of the board, explains that the company has been keen to have a Business Area Manager with experience of business development and solid knowledge of the freight-forwarding transport business:

"We are looking to strengthen and develop GreenCarrier's position in the market, national as well as international. Staffan, with his long experience, will lead GreenCarrier's strategic business development."
